-       Prepared project Work Breakdown Structure and EPC time schedule using Primavera P6, for all areas in the Eagle Ford Shale that required drilling, completion, construction and handover activities.

-       Created periodical status reports Including Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.

-       Prepared and maintained several data bases such as, Punch List Tracking, Down Time Tracking, PSSR Status, Thermal Tracking, Shut in and Turn on Wells Data base, Overtime Tracking, etc.

-       Interface scheduling and Issuance of practical recommendations for optimizing current sequences between activities within Drilling, Completion, Construction and Work over tasks by focusing on Increasing of productivity and efficiency and reducing cost.

-       Received Time Schedules from various Sub-Contractors and Suppliers and incorporated and maintained Integrated Time Schedule using Primavera P6, including 7000 activities.

-       Coordinated schedules from multiple contractors and incorporated them into the overall master schedule.

-       Maintained detail time schedule (updated actual progress and actual resources), reviewed project critical paths, and warned all deviations and delays in project critical path (CPM).
